Bill Brydges

Bill BydgesMr. Brydges is the President of Alteritech with over 15 years of experience at companies such as PeopleSoft and Price Waterhouse Coopers in IT consulting.  Mr. Brydges has specific expertise in systems analysis, design, development, programming, integration, and maintenance.  In addition, Mr. Brydges has significant experience in account management with clients in a wide variety of industry and functional areas.  His prior experience includes partner-level positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers and significant experience with the PeopleSoft ERP application.

Eric Nelson

Eric NelsonMr. Nelson is the Director of Business Development for Alteritech.  He has over 26 years of information technology and systems development experience, including over eleven years in telecommunication industry and executive management. Previously he has worked in executive and senior management for telecom carriers, service providers, and consulting firms, including MegaPath Networks, Netifice Communications, ACSI Network Technology/e.spire Communications, Bell Atlantic, MFS, Realcom, TMNG, Cap Gemini Sogeti, and Ernst and Young.  Mr. Nelson has also authored several papers and presentations on IT leadership and Telecom OSS, speaks at several industry conferences during the year, and sits on several industry and corporate advisory boards.


Rick Brown

Rick Brown Mr. Brown is Alteritech's Chief Technical Officer and Director of the Alteritech Core Infrastructure Practice responsible for data center operations. Mr. Brown has over 16 years of IT experience spanning a wide range of strategic planning, architecture design, implementation, and operations of complex, distributed environments across multiple clients and industries. Previously Mr. Brown was a Senior Manager of Information Systems at Acumen Solutions responsible for MIS management and operations. Mr. Brown received his bachelors degree from the University of Maryland. Mr. Brown is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and a VMware Certified Consultant.


Peter Malyon

Peter MalyonPeter Malyon heads up the Client Services group of Alteritech, providing consulting and support services to a wide variety of clients. Mr. MaIyon started his IT career 14 years ago as a network administrator at the Association of Professional Engineers in Vancouver. His last position before Alteritech was as IT Consulting Manager at gomembers inc., an association management software company headquartered in Reston, VA.  He has certifications with: MCSE, Certified Cisco Network Associate (CCNA) and Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA). His main experience has been with designing, deploying and supporting LAN/WAN systems for small to medium-sized clients, with a particular focus on Active Directory and Exchange. Mr. Malyon has an IT Management diploma from the University of Victoria.


Chad Gagnon

Chad GagnonChad Gagnon is the Director of New York Operations. Mr. Gagnon brings to Alteritech over ten years of sales and management experience. Prior to Alteritech, Mr. Gagnon was District Sales Manager with Covad Communications. He helped build VoIP solutions for the state of New Jersey and ran the Northeast Region for Covad which became the number one sales region in the country. Prior to Covad, Mr. Gagnon worked in a business development roles at Primus and WorldCom. He has spent the past 10 years focused on solving the problems of the distributed enterprise for mid market business clients.
